Role Title: Project Manager

Location: Glasgow

Contract duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: £424 to 428 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)

Work mode: Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO/week

Minimum years of experience: 10 years

Job Description:

• Complete mobilization and establish the delivery governance.
• Finalize scope, milestones, costs, resource requirements and delivery outcomes;
• Manage the dependencies with Visa CTA, BIP Issuing, schemes and relevant technology teams;
• Coordinate business, product, operations, technology, finance and control stakeholders;
• Establish and maintain the integrated plan, RAID, financial forecast and governance reporting; and provide clear ownership of delivery through to implementation and closure.
• Define and mobilise ICCP on BIP as a clearly governed delivery workstream;
• Confirm the scope, outcomes and sequencing relative to the existing BIP Issuing roadmap;
• Establish an integrated plan covering product, technology, scheme, testing, operations and control activity;
• Manage dependencies with Client, ICCP/Track, TSYS/FIS, BIP, BOLT, APIs and servicing platforms;
• Coordinate SIT, end-to-end testing, OAT, deployment and operational readiness;
• Manage RAID, financials, governance, supplier engagement and stakeholder reporting; and
• Ensure that delivery does not create unmanaged dependencies or competing implementation demands across the wider BIP portfolio.
