Fractional HR Business Partner – HR Operations | Glasgow

Our client is looking for an experienced Fractional HRBP to provide hands-on HR support during a period of change.

This is a flexible, part-time role suited to someone who can work autonomously, partner with managers and support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and organisational change.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing practical HR advice and support to managers.
• Managing ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.
• Supporting organisational change, restructuring, consultation and TUPE activity.
• Coaching managers on people processes and employee matters.
• Supporting consistent HR policies and processes across the business.

About you:

• An experienced HRBP or Senior HR professional with a strong HR operations background.
• Confident managing ER matters and advising managers independently.
• Experienced in organisational change and TUPE.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable working flexibly.

Role details:

• Rate: £35–£40 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Around 20 hours per week, with potential to increase
• Location: Glasgow – 1 day onsite per week
• Duration: 3 months initially
• Working pattern: Fractional / part-time
