Java Developer – Glasgow | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Java Developer to join a financial services end client on an initial 6-month contract.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in Glasgow, and will suit a developer with strong hands-on Java experience who is also comfortable working across the front end with Angular.

Key requirements:

• Strong commercial experience developing applications using Java
• Hands-on experience with Angular – this is essential
• Strong understanding of Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of software development principles, clean code and testing
• Experience working within Agile development teams
• Financial services experience would be advantageous

• 6-month initial contract
• Inside IR35
• Glasgow
• Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
