AI Connect are partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand group, home to some of the world's most prestigious and sought-after products, to appoint a Data Scientist within their growing Digital & Technology function.

With an international presence and a portfolio of iconic brands, the business is investing in how it uses consumer data to better understand customer behaviour, enhance engagement and deliver more personalised experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop predictive models covering customer propensity, lifetime value, engagement forecasting and Next Best Action.
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to understand consumer behaviour and identify commercial opportunities.
• Develop customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing, CRM and personalisation strategies.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B testing and uplift modelling, to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse complex consumer datasets using Python, SQL and statistical modelling techniques.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and analytical outputs to measure customer engagement and marketing performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Consumer Insights and Digital Product teams to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Data Scientist, Customer Data Scientist or Advanced Analytics role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with hands-on experience developing predictive machine learning models.
• Experience with statistical modelling and ML techniques such as XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn, regression or clustering.
• Experience analysing customer or consumer behaviour, ideally across propensity, segmentation, retention, personalisation or customer lifetime value.
• Understanding of statistical experimentation, A/B testing and model evaluation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful commercial recommendations.
