Quantity Surveyor - #2168545

The Role

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of our projects. You'll be the person who makes sure the work we carry out is accurately measured, valued, instructed and paid for. This is a hands-on role spanning both site and office. You'll work closely with our Commercial Manager, contracts managers and directors, taking real responsibility and autonomy from day one, with the scope to shape your development toward your own professional goals — whether that's progressing toward RICS or CIOB chartership, or building your specialism in conservation and restoration work. As the business grows, there is clear scope to progress into senior QS and wider commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing Applications for Payment (AFPs) and interim valuations

• Pricing and agreeing variations

• Conducting on-site measures

• Preparing cost valuations
