Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer looking for a fully remote opportunity offering a varied workload, close client contact and greater flexibility?

I'm working with a growing legal team looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Lawyer to advise on a broad range of commercial matters across different businesses and sectors.

The Role

You'll work closely with clients, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and taking ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The work will cover a range of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  
  
• Technology agreements and IT contracts.
  
  
• Supplier agreements, procurement and outsourcing.
  
  
• Data protection and intellectual property matters.
  
  
• Supporting clients with day-to-day commercial legal issues and wider business priorities.
  
  

You'll have the opportunity to work across different sectors and build strong client relationships, with the autonomy to manage your workload and deliver effective, commercially minded solutions.

About You

You'll be an experienced Commercial Lawyer with a strong grounding in commercial contracts and the confidence to advise clients on a range of business-critical matters.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
  
  
• Exposure to technology contracts, IT, procurement or outsourcing matters.
  
  
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to legal advice.
  
  
• The ability to manage matters independently and build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work across different businesses and sectors.
