About this role

Every successful shift starts with the right people turning up on time, ready to work. As our Recruitment Account Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for resourcing quality candidates and managing the requirements of our industrial clients. It’s a busy desk, with a clear route into an Account Manager role when you’re ready for the next step.

Search is a leading multi-discipline recruitment agency, backed by private equity and on an ambitious growth trajectory across our 13 specialisms and offices UK-wide. You’ll be joining our record-breaking Industrial team in Glasgow, working on a well-established desk that’s already generating revenue, meaning the ability to earn bonus from day 1!

Whether you already have recruitment or account management experience, or you’re looking to build a successful career in the recruitment industry, this is exactly the platform to do it. If you thrive working at pace, and want a clear path to your next promotion, we’d like to hear from you.

Why join us?

  • Join a record-breaking team on a warm, established desk, with bonus opportunities from day one.
  • Focus on what you do best, resourcing quality candidates and managing client requirements, rather than business development.
  • Real progression, with the opportunity to step up into an Account Manager role.
  • Grow your career with a clear development plan, backed by award-winning training and 1:1 coaching from our dedicated Talent Development team.
  • Join a down-to-earth, driven team that celebrates success, from regular social events and early finishes to our annual European getaway for top performers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Resourcing quality candidates for temporary and permanent industrial vacancies; sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage the requirements of our key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from application through to placement.
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and registrations.
  • Schedule shift rotas and manage workforce bookings to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor attendance and manage absence reporting.
  • Visit client sites when required to run inductions and support new starters.
  • Keep all candidate records and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Deliver excellent service to candidates and clients, every time.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within recruitment or account management, or a genuine drive to build a successful career in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work at pace while keeping accuracy and attention to detail high.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A resilient, hardworking attitude with a real commitment to delivering results.
  • Ideally a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, giving you the flexibility to visit client sites when needed.

How you’ll benefit

  • A lucrative bonus structure that rewards your performance.
  • Access to premium recruitment tools, including industry-leading job boards.
  • Full back-office and marketing support, so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Comprehensive, ongoing training and development from our award-winning Talent Development team.
  • Option to buy or sell holidays via salary sacrifice.
  • Quarterly and Annual HighFlyers events, plus our annual European getaway for top performers.
  • EV car benefit scheme and cycle to work scheme.
  • Retail, gym, and lifestyle discounts, plus financial wellbeing support through Tastecard.
