Casualty Injury Solicitor - #2169963

We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Catastrophic & Complex Injury team within their Glasgow office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Defendant Personal Injury practice, supporting clients in claim solutions for complex and severe cases, including traumatic brain injury, amputation, and spinal injury. The candidate will work across a diverse range of claims, including motor, EL/PL, and cross-border claims. Responsibilities include advising on matters such as liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, litigation, and quantum assessments for all levels of multi-track claims.

This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work with renowned clients across the nation, with chances to develop excellent client relationships across a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations.

Essential Criteria

• 1-5 PQE;
• Strong background in Motor Personal Injury, EL/PL and/or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
