We're looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Commercial & Project Coordinator to join New Wave Snacks, the growing FMCG business behind Me+ and Bliss. This varied role will support day-to-day commercial activities and help coordinate projects across the business, including new product development.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with people and helping a busy business run smoothly. Whether you bring previous experience or are looking to develop your skills in a new industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting customer communications and day-to-day administration
• Following up with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Managing emails, completing forms and maintaining records
• Tracking outstanding actions, orders and deadlines
• Assisting with retailer accounts, product launches and general business support
• Supporting new product development (NPD) projects, including coordinating product information, samples, timelines and follow-ups

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Confidence reaching out to people by email and phone
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently and follow tasks through
• A resourceful, adaptable approach and willingness to get involved
• Previous experience in administration, commercial support, NPD coordination or FMCG would be an advantage, but isn't essential

The opportunity

• Remote working, applicants must be Glasgow-based for occasional in-person meet-ups
• 20 hours per week, with flexibility around working hours
• £16,000–£18,000 per annum, depending on experience
