Commercial Property Solicitor

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor, open to both newly qualified and more experienced candidates. This position is based in Glasgow and involves managing a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties. The firm is committed to developing and progressing their staff, offering a supportive environment with a good level of senior support.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties.
• Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to a wide range of clients.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy, supported by senior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law (newly qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply).
• Ability to manage a full caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.
• Proactive approach to professional development and learning.
