Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java AWS Full Stack Developer to contribute to enterprise-scale platform development, architectural improvements, and modern application delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend engineering expertise with modern frontend development skills, cloud-native architecture experience, and the ability to drive technical excellence across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient full-stack applications.
• Lead technical design and deliver high-quality frontend and backend solutions.
• Build and enhance modular architectures and microservices.
• Contribute to SDLC improvements, engineering standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making.
• Evaluate and use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly, ensuring code quality, security, and correctness.
• Promote accessibility, compliance, and secure engineering practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern backend development.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
• Proven experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of microservices and modular architecture.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern frontend build tools.
• Knowledge of reusable UI components, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Experience using enterprise AI coding tools with appropriate security and validation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Desirable Experience

• Financial services or other regulated technology environments.
• Risk management, technology controls, and compliance-focused engineering.
• Modern frontend SDLC practices and agentic development workflows.
