Your Impact

You'll help us:

  • Keep our finances on track by supporting accurate statutory financial statements across UK and European entities.
  • Make audits run smoothly by preparing audit packs, maintaining clear records and partnering with internal and external auditors.
  • Deliver reliable reporting through month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and management accounts.
  • Strengthen financial controls by ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and Group accounting policies.
  • Connect the numbers by working with General Ledger teams to improve reporting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support tax and regulatory compliance by collaborating with internal tax teams and external advisers to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Bring clarity to complex reporting by reviewing financial information, preparing adjustments and supporting consolidation activities.
  • Make Finance better by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

You're technically strong, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy solving problems, working with different teams and making sure the numbers tell the right story.

You'll ideally bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting or financial control, ideally around 2–3 years.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and statutory audit requirements.
  • Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.
  • Confidence managing month-end activities, journal entries and balance sheet reviews.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues, auditors and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity and a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes.

A little extra that would be great:

  • Experience working across multiple legal entities or international markets.
  • Exposure to Group Finance, consolidation or shared services environments.
  • A background in audit or accountancy practice, with an interest in moving into industry.
