Key Responsibilities

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Payroll
• General office administration duties
• Reception responsibilities, welcoming visitors and contractors
• Answering, screening and distributing incoming telephone calls
• Managing correspondence and filing systems
• Assisting with day-to-day office operations
• Supporting the management team with administrative tasks 

Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will:

• Have experience using Sage Payroll (preferred)
• Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous telephone manner
• Be reliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team
