Business Development Manager

Salary: £60k - £65k with £100k OTE + uncapped commission

About the Company

Our client is a leading UK technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, helping businesses protect their systems, manage cyber risks and strengthen their IT infrastructure. They’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support their continued growth and win new customers.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers and managing opportunities from initial contact through to closing the deal.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect and win new customers.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Follow up on event leads, marketing campaigns and dormant accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature.
• Work alongside marketing, technical teams and technology partners.
• Achieve pipeline and revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B new business sales.
• Strong prospecting, communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• A proactive, ambitious and target-driven mindset.

Experience in cybersecurity, IT services or technology sales would be advantageous.
