NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
CMIOSH, or Graduate IOSH membership working towards chartership.
Significant H&S experience within a multi-site or complex operational environment.
Proven experience developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies and management systems.
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, including CDM Regulations, RIDDOR and fire safety.
Experience conducting audits, managing compliance programmes and leading incident investigations.
Recognised auditing qualification or demonstrable lead-auditor experience, ideally ISO 45001.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Experience supporting European operations, ISO 14001 management systems or additional fire safety/environmental qualifications would be advantageous.
What's on Offer?
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of an organisation-wide health and safety function, working directly with senior leadership and influencing H&S standards across UK and European operations.
