We’re Hiring: Telecom Process Consultant

Location: Glasgow or Dundee, UK

Work Mode: Hybrid

Duration: Initial 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Process Consultant with strong Business Analysis (BA), telecom domain, process consulting, and ServiceNow ITSM experience to support business process transformation and IT service management initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience or functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Telecom domain knowledge, including OSS/BSS, Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Service Fulfilment, and Service Assurance.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, gap analysis, user stories, functional specifications, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow implementation/transformation experience, ITIL 4, TM Forum frameworks (eTOM/Open APIs), CMDB, Flow Designer, and Agile methodologies.

Ideal Candidate: A process-oriented consultant who can bridge the gap between telecom business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
