Dayforce Learning Consultant - #2178116

We're working with a growing Dayforce partner consultancy looking for an experienced Dayforce Talent Consultant to take ownership of implementations, optimisation projects and managed services.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience across Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding, ideally combined with Performance, Compensation or Learning.

This is a client-facing role covering everything from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing and go-live.

You'll need to be comfortable challenging existing processes, advising clients on best practice and delivering solutions that genuinely improve how their HR and talent teams operate.

What's particularly interesting is the opportunity to lead the Talent specialism within a growing Dayforce practice, with real influence over how projects are delivered.

Dayforce certifications and consultancy experience would be advantageous, but strong practical experience is what matters most.

Salary £50k–£65k+ depending on experience | Fully remote with occasional travel
