Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-8 PQE)

The role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll run your own caseload and advise clients through the full transaction process, including:

• Sales and purchases of residential property
• Re-mortgages
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Building positive, long-term client relationships
• Supporting colleagues across the team as needed

About you

This role would suit a Scottish-qualified Solicitor who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' PQE, with experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Has a genuine interest in property law
• Is highly organised with good time management
• Communicates confidently with clients
• Takes a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Is flexible and team-oriented
• Is committed to delivering excellent client care
