We're working with a growing technology business looking for a SOC Client Lead to join their team in Glasgow.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Security Operations background who's ready to take the next step into leadership, combining hands-on technical knowledge with team management and client relationships.

You'll be joining an engineering-led business where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, support your team and play a key role in delivering security services to customers.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a team of Security Engineers and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their technical point of contact.
• Providing incident updates, technical guidance and remediation advice.
• Deploying, maintaining and improving security tools.
• Developing automations to improve security operations and incident response.

What they're looking for

• Strong knowledge of security operations and common cyber threats.
• Experience working with SIEM and EDR tools.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients.

We're looking for someone who's technically strong, enjoys working with people and is ready to take on more responsibility. Someone who can support their team, build trust with customers and help drive the delivery of high-quality security services.

Location

Glasgow office, with a 3 day in-office and 2 day work from home arrangement
