An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join a nationally leading law firm in Glasgow. The Role

You will advise a diverse client base, including major employers, national businesses and growing organisations, on a broad range of employment law matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Supporting clients with disciplinary, grievance and dismissal issues.
• Advising on employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution.
• Assisting with redundancy programmes, restructures and TUPE matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

About You

The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded employment lawyer with:

• Relevant experience in employment law within a recognised legal practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills.
• A client-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A genuine interest in developing their career within a leading national firm.
