Description

• Prepare, review and organise commercial property documents to keep matters accurate and ready for progress.
• Maintain clear electronic and paper files, ensuring key correspondence and documents are easy to retrieve.
• Draft routine legal correspondence and transaction documents under appropriate guidance.
• Coordinate document signing, completion paperwork and filing requirements across property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, legal representatives and third parties to obtain information and keep matters moving.
• Track key dates, outstanding actions and transaction stages to support timely progress.
• Carry out property-related searches and collate results for review within each matter.
• Provide organised administrative support across the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Profile

A successful 'Commercial Property Paralegal' should have:

• Experience handling commercial property documentation and legal files.
• Ability to prepare routine correspondence and transaction paperwork with care.
• Confidence managing several property matters and tracking key actions.
• Experience coordinating information with clients, solicitors and external contacts.
• Strong document management skills, including accurate filing and record keeping.
• Ability to carry out property searches and present findings clearly for review.

Job Offer

• Permanent Commercial Property Paralegal position based in Glasgow.
• Salary of £360000 to £440000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Contract benefit.
