  • Oversee the day-today delivery of trials, ensuring studies are conducted efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
  • Drive commercial and financial performance, managing site budgets, controlling costs, and identifying areas for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GCP, company procedures, and quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective patient recruitment and retention strategies to achieve study enrolment targets
  • Monitor site performance, study delivery, and operational efficiency, identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the UK leadership team to support business objectives, share best practice, and drive consistency across the network

Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant experience in a clinical research leadership role, ideally within an investigator site environment
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Demonstratable experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational resources
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency, improve performance, and deliver against business objectives
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive leadership approach, with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities effectively

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, reflective of experience and expertise
  • Comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, private health insurance and generous bonuses.
  • Opportunity to take on a leadership role with genuine scope to influence site performance and contribute to the continued growth of the business
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Meaningful contribution to the advancement of clinical research and healthcare.
