We're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst who enjoys more than processing invoices.

You'll help us:
- Keep Finance moving by ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Make automation work by supporting HighRadius and helping increase touchless invoice processing.
- Solve problems before they grow by investigating invoice exceptions, mismatches and workflow issues.
- Support our suppliers by helping vendors navigate the supplier portal, resolve queries and improve their experience.
- Connect the dots by partnering with Procurement, Finance Operations and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Turn data into improvement by monitoring invoice exceptions, processing performance and supplier portal adoption.
- Make processes smarter by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
- Support Finance transformation by participating in system testing and improvements across HighRadius and other Finance platforms.
What You'll Bring
You're organised, curious and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to spot problems and find solutions.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or a similar environment.
- A good understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders, reconciliations and AP workflows.
- Experience using HighRadius or similar AP automation platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle R12 or similar.
- Confidence working with suppliers and resolving invoice or payment-related queries.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different Finance teams.
- An interest in technology, automation and continuous improvement.
