You will ideally bring:

  • Significant experience in a senior Account Director, Commercial Director or strategic account management position.
  • A successful track record of managing major customer relationships and influencing stakeholders at executive level.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing contract profitability, revenue and margins.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix management structure.
  • Experience overseeing contract governance, performance management and service delivery.
  • A strategic mindset, combined with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Experience within the energy or utilities sector would be particularly advantageous, although candidates with relevant experience managing complex, high-value contracts in other sectors will also be considered.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary circa £80,000, plus car or car allowance with flexibility depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangements based in Glasgow.
  • A high-profile senior appointment with responsibility for a key strategic customer relationship.
  • The opportunity to influence commercial strategy, customer partnerships and future business growth.
  • A collaborative environment working alongside experienced operational and commercial leadership teams.
