A popular Glasgow restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the floor team through busy service and make sure every guest is looked after properly. It is a hands-on role at the heart of the dining room rather than an office one. If you enjoy setting the tone for a team and keeping service calm when the room is full, we would like to hear from you.

The Role

• Supervising front-of-house service and the floor team on shift.

• Ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive service.

• Managing bookings, table plans and service flow.

• Handling cash, payments and end-of-day reports.

• Supporting training
