●      Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer/Warehouse Activity

●      Duration: One Year duration

●      Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (Fulltime on-site)

●      Language: Must be fluent in English

The scope of work includes:

• Deploy SCCM/Intune custom images to new devices and ensure they are configured for our environment.

• Configure devices and core applications in line with organizational standards and user requirements.

• Coordinate with users for device replacements, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

• Customize the user experience and applications based on specific requirements.

• Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain an accurate asset register, including tracking old-device removal and replacement-device deployment.

• Install required software on desktops and laptops and ensure devices are ready for use.

• This involves scheduling shipments, managing inventory, and communicating with various stakeholders
• Check delivered items against packing slips or purchase orders to ensure the correct quantity and type of goods are received
• Workers assess the condition of goods upon arrival, noting any damage or discrepancies and reporting them as needed
• Inventory counts and stock maintenance.
• Return Device maintenance and handover to Stock room.
• Effective communication and teamwork with other warehouse staff are essential for smooth operations.
