Alecto Recruitment is working with a superb specialist within the building management systems / building controls sector who are a UK wide organisation.

Due to the companies continued growth and development across their energy management centre, they are looking to hire a building energy performance administrator.

The Role:

• The energy services administrator will monitor building performance, identify potential energy inefficiencies, investigate remote connectivity failures and analyse building management system (BMS) overrides.
• The role will involve assessing issues, determining appropriate corrective actions, implementing resolutions where possible and escalating findings
• The role will also support the management and control of changes to BMS operating parameters
• Overall, you will play a key role in improving building energy performance, maintaining effective remote monitoring services

Requirements:

• We are looking for a professional and organised individual and a real team player
• You will have excellent IT Skills and strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Any exposure to BMS Systems / Building Controls or Lighting controls would be beneficial
• Strong PC Skills and confidence in using a range of software applications and digital platforms
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

• £28,000 - £29,850
• 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• 7.5% pension and rising to 10%
