In this varied field-based role, you will lead a team of technicians carrying out specialist kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning, alongside fire damper testing and compliance work. You will also conduct technical site surveys, support the sales team with quotations and identify opportunities for additional work, becoming a key point of contact for customers across Scotland.

This role would suit an experienced Kitchen Extract or Ventilation Cleaning Supervisor looking for greater autonomy, technical responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.

The Role:

• Lead and supervise a team carrying out commercial kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning.
• Oversee TR19 compliance, fire damper testing and quality standards.
• Conduct site surveys, support technical quotations and identify additional work opportunities.
• Field-based role covering Scotland, with flexible working hours including nights and weekends when required.
• Overtime, bonus schemes, commission and ongoing development.

The Candidate:

• Experience in commercial kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning, with knowledge of TR19 standards.
• Previous experience supervising teams or leading field-based operations.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to work nights and weekends when required.
