Be Resourcing

We have an opportunity for someone from a Change Management background to join a growing Change team in an organisation which makes a genuine difference to it's stakeholders and the wider community. We are not looking for someone who is used to following a prescribed process or methodology but rather someone who can adapt their style of Change/Project Management to suit different project types and stakeholders. The organisation is currently undergoing a root & branch business transformation and as result their Change team is looking to bring in additional resource to help deliver a range of business and systems-led projects.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate an ability to genuinely partner with colleagues and support them as they move through this transitional period. One day you may be working on a business critical data migration, the next you will be supporting colleagues in HR or Finance to help them drive meaningful change in how their teams work on a day-to-day basis.

You may come from a Project Management, Business Analysis or Change Management background but can demonstrate previous experience of owning the successful delivery of business projects end-to-end. Whilst you will have the core skills of a PM, it is more important you can demonstrate genuine stakeholder management capability and a willingness to create genuine value by delivering change initiatives that have a real world impact on how colleagues operate.

How you will be assessed includes:

  • Deliver on objectives, deliverables, and success criteria against pre-agree project scope.
  • Develop and maintain robust project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery to agreed timescales, budget, and quality standards.
  • Engage, influence, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow.
  • Chair project meetings and workshops to support engagement and decision-making.
  • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure all change is controlled, documented, and communicated.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across project delivery.
