We are looking for a Data & Project Coordinator to work within the Contract Operations team.
The successful candidate will be required to process and analyse data used by the team in the delivery of trialing, assessments, qualification registers and quality assurance services for clients. This includes the delivery of data solutions, high quality reports and data feeds to fulfill client requirements. Also, the co-ordination of special projects across team. Additionally acting as the lead for compliance and business continuity by carrying out related activities across the business area. To do this, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have advanced knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Access. This must include a knowledge of and ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, functions, VBA and pivot tables to process and analyse data.
- Have excellent attention to detail and work to validate and document the data analysis or project being undertaken coupled with proven experience communicating results of data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in taking ownership of tasks and largely work independently of the line manager to perform the role
Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 8 (e.g. SVQ 4/HND) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.

Please note, as part of this role there will be a requirement to attend and service a number of events in England during August. This will require a number of consecutive days, details of which will be confirmed.
