Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

You'll be part of our Operations team. Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

You'll lead and direct the site Operatives and works gang in civil engineering works to ensure the safe, efficient and timely delivery of the works.

We'll need you to ensure progress is maintained, quality levels are achieved and to keep an accurate record of work undertaken including resources, plant and material on site, whilst maintaining site safety, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

You'll deliver daily briefs and maintenance of supporting paperwork and ensure RAMS and permits are valid and in place, so that all work can be carried out in line with the plans provided.

What you’ll bring

  • Do you have knowledge of water industry civils and utilities works?
  • Are you able to manage and support a small team of operatives?
  • Do you hold a CSCS, EUSR and CPCS Registration?
  • Have you gained Streetworks & NRSWA experience?
