You’ll be part of a dynamic remote team working across diverse verticals, including fashion, wellness, lifestyle and automotive. The role offers a fast paced environment where you’ll work directly with founders and CMOs of high growth eCommerce brands, owning the full performance marketing strategy.

Expect to be at the cutting edge of paid social, paid search and creative strategy, contributing to campaigns with multi seven and even eight-figure monthly ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and scale high budget ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest


• Lead data driven creative strategy in collaboration with copywriters, strategists and editors


• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple DTC brands, managing growth and expectations


• Deliver strategic insights across AOV, CVR, LTV and margin to drive incremental revenue


• Provide CMO level consultancy across pricing, CRO and offer structures to maximise profitability

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record in eCommerce growth marketing, especially in paid social


• Deep expertise in Meta Ads with working knowledge of Google Ads (training available)


• Strong grasp of direct response marketing and high converting ad creative


• Experience scaling brands via full funnel strategies and creative led performance marketing


• Confident client communicator able to handle high pressure conversations with clarity and impact

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000 USD/month (depending on experience)
