IT Support Technician - Entry-Level | Glasgow (On-site)

We're working with a fast-paced and friendly Glasgow-based organisation seeking a Junior 1st Line Support Technician to join their internal IT team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's technically literate, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term IT career.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT support queries (via phone, email, or ticketing system)

Logging and tracking incidents and service requests

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues

Setting up laptops, desktops, and user accounts for new starters

Escalating more complex problems to 2nd/3rd line teams

Assisting with IT documentation and asset management

What We're Looking For:

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A keen interest in IT and technology

Any IT qualification or hands-on experience (personal projects, college courses, etc.) is a bonus

Positive attitude and willingness to learn - full training provided!
