Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Shift Supervisor at their site in Glasgow. Initially on a temporary basis. There is some scope for this to extend. This would be a nightshift role - Sunday 11pm - 5.30am, Mon - Thu Midnight- 05:30am


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage workers and external contractors

  • Lead and manage quality inspections on site

  • Communication with key stakeholders

  • Ensure Health and Safety Standards

  • Manual Lifting


Essential Skills and Experience



  • Strong leadership skills

  • Previous experience within a production environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
