Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and delivering capital works programmes that will improve the energy efficiency and condition of Glasgow's housing stock including pre-1919 tenements.
A key part of the role will be to ensure works programmes meet local and national policy outcomes relating to housing and sustainability.
You will also develop policies that relate to retrofit/energy efficiency measures for housing and contribute towards the development/implementation of Glasgow's Housing Strategy and Investment Plans. You will have experience of working with partners to deliver projects, able to influence others to achieve results, write reports and manage projects.
