£25,000 basic + Car Allowance

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for commercial property and a drive to build a successful career in surveying? Our client, a well-established and nationally recognised estate agency, is looking to recruit a Graduate Commercial Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll work across a broad range of commercial property sectors, supporting senior surveyors and receiving structured training as you work towards your APC and MRICS qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with valuations, lease advisory, and property management


• Supporting agency transactions including lettings and sales


• Undertaking property inspections and preparing reports


• Liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors


• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a RICS-accredited equivalent


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• A proactive and professional attitude


• Full UK driving licence (essential)


• A genuine interest in commercial property and long-term career development
