Role Details:
This role will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Lifetime Quality Records Process and Collation of records concerning the project, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and implement the LTQR Strategy Procedures and Processes for the project.
- Assist NTSP vendors and subcontractors in meeting LTQR handover requirements.
- Manage both electronic and hard copy records using the site based document management systems.
- Ensure LTQR activities align with approved processes and procedures.
- Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance with project standards.
- Prepare data reports for the Senior Leadership team when needed.
- Deliver training on LTQR processes and procedures.
- Compile and manage LTQR handover packs and Health & Safety files.
- Maintain familiarity with scope of work, contract specifications, relevant Nuclear and CIP standards, drawings and procedures.
- Coordinate LTQR procedures and systems with project personnel and clients.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemes.
- Effective report writing skills and document management.
- Proficiency with in large scale projects within the nuclear sector or similar regulated sector, including major EPC projects.
- Experience of operating and delivering LTQR Systems for electronic and hard copy documents.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams across the company. Ability to produce accurate concise reports and statistics.
- Experience working in a joint venture or alliance environment.
Desirable:
- Accredited training qualifying towards registration of a recognised professional institution would be preferred (eg, CQI).
- IOSH Managing Safety
- CCNSG Safety Passport
Qualifications:
- Academic, or vocational qualification e ONC/HND/HNC preferably in a related subject or equivalent, significant and related professional experience.
- ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline.
