Senior Cloud Engineer - #1701583

My client, a world renowned healthcare provider, are seeking a talented Senior Cloud Engineer / Amazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of contact center solutions. You will be part of a team focused on building and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

• Develop, test, and deploy components of contact center solutions under the guidance ofseniorengineers and architects.


• Utilise knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, and Pinpoint to support contact centre solution development.


• Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.


• Learn and utilise AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


• Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact centre technologies.

• Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact centre concepts.


• Exposure to AWS services and architecture.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Experiencewith scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.


• Experiencewith performance and load testing of managed services.
