We are seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Sales Manager to manage regional aftermarket sales activity for the European market. This position requires driving new business sales and creating synergy across organisational boundaries.

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Sales Manager to manage regional aftermarket sales activity for the European market. This position requires driving new business sales and creating synergy across organisational boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Sell directly to allocated countries for both transactional and contractual business.
- Establish country targets and clear sales targets for all Energy Products.
- Develop routes to market within all counties in the region.
- Support sales activities for IGT and “LM” Energy products.
- Manage proposals and tenders ensuring bids are approved, developed according to customer expectations, priced based on market intelligence, and submitted on time.
- Negotiate high value, multi-year service agreements.
- Contribute to a Global Aftermarket Sales Plan.
- Increase overall sales volumes in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Africa.
- Maximise CCP / LifeX parts sales and Field Service and Component Repairs volumes.
- Use high value, multi-year opportunities to extend TIGER utilisation.
- Develop NPI opportunities using Salesforce.com to track progress.
- Support General Manager in identifying, developing, and negotiating in-organic growth initiatives.
- Maintain a target customer sales funnel in SalesForce.com.
- Sell directly to key accounts or countries.
- Manage all opportunities and the sales process.
- Support sales activity negotiations in Contractual Sales.
- Manage sales and marketing activities in new countries or business sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Certificate in Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience with heavy frame or LM GE gas turbines, including at least 3 years in a strategic business development/sales role.
- Skills: Industry technology/product knowledge, ability to motivate and influence others, success at building relationships, effective communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and good computer experience with MS Office products.
