Test Lead - #1704671

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in the Banking domain with Mortgage experience is mandatory. The candidate should also be aware of the automation framework and concepts and should be hands on as needed for the project. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and should be flexible to travel on need basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage


• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality


• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability


• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the CI/CD pipeline


• Lead the testing efforts for various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.


• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.


• Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.


• Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities.


• Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks.


• Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.


• Use Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for test management and defect tracking.


• Apply basic programming skills to support test automation efforts.


• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.


• Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.


• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.


• Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers on best practices and testing methodologies

Essential Skills:

• Possess strong experience in Web App testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.


• Possess domain experience in Mortgage


• Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for test management.


• Have expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.


• Experience in Manual E2E BPA testing.


• Be skilled in using Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for test management.


• Have basic programming knowledge to support automation.


• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Be detail-oriented and highly organized.


• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
