Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Principal Consultant/ Head of Delivery to join our team and help shape our future. Reporting directly to our Founder, you’ll play a crucial role in leading and delivering transformative client projects, coaching and empowering the team to excel, and help steer our strategic vision forward. Your mission is to drive excellence in project delivery while enabling our Founder to focus on our exciting growth journey. 60% of this role is rolling up your sleeves & delivering great work for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Project Leadership & Delivery (60% focus):
• Drive client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and satisfaction with each deliverable.
• Harness your vast expertise in organisational development and cultural transformation to design and implement tailored solutions that make a lasting impact.
• Explore digital innovation and integrate cutting-edge practices within our existing offerings.
Team Coaching & Skills Support (20% focus):
• Coach and stretch your colleagues to enhance their capabilities in delivering complex projects.
• Cultivate a culture of skill development and continuous improvement, sparking enthusiasm and creativity within the team.
Business Development & Strategy (20% of your time):
• Take the lead in crafting and delivering compelling client pitches and contributing to proposals that highlight our innovative methodologies and success stories.
• Engage actively in networking opportunities, share insights through blogs and social media, and position yourself as an ambassador for Connect Three to attract new opportunities.
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure all projects meet profit, NPS and quality benchmarks, making necessary adjustments along the way.
• Contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of our strategic initiatives, including our own internal people strategy and overall employee experience.
Person Specification:
• Significant experience as an OD consultant, particularly in L&D, leadership development and culture within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A proven record of crafting and delivering persuasive client proposals and innovative digital learning solutions.
• Strong ability to manage and deliver numerous complex projects while maintaining high standards.
• Demonstrated experience working with C-suite executives in various sectors, designing impactful learning experiences for senior leaders.
• Flexibility to travel to engage with clients.
• CIPD or relevant accredited learning credentials.
