The position
We are offering the opportunity for 3 graduates to join our busy People and Culture team to rotate between 3 different specialties (generalist support, HRIS and Systems and Talent Acquisition) spending 8 months in each specialty over a period of 2 years.
The roles will be based in Glasgow and are offered on a hybrid basis with 4 days being spent in the office and 1 day remotely.

Accountabilities
During your time in the Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for:
- Taking internal and external calls and dealing with queries
- Managing multiple diaries to arrange interview slots with hiring managers
- Liaising with applicants to get them booked in for interviews and providing feedback to candidates post interviews
- Keeping central Talent Acquisition resources up to date
- Ensuring that candidates are progressing through screening and downloading files from Reed Assured once they’re complete
- Ensuring that job descriptions are in the most up to date format and are stored centrally on SharePoint
- Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to answer queries
- Assisting with resourcing and shortlisting
- Responding to Service Now tickets
- My RESource data management. Auditing and cleansing data.
- Providing reports to other departments (Monthly headcount reports to Finance split by BU)
- Supporting with external audit requests
- Ad hoc salary benchmarking tasks
- Processing people changes and probation, issuing change letters
- Setting up new starters on My RESource
- Processing PACE Awards
- Developing Global dashboards summarising HR Data for business units and RES Group
- Build and develop reporting and dashboards for centres of excellence, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning and Development.
- Investigate business problems utilising HRIS data to identify issues and solutions.
- Work alongside IT to develop Power Bi dashboards to enable users to interrogate HRIS data directly.
- Support the development of our Enterprise Resource Planning System implementation.
- Support HRIS Implementation projects, as required.
- Undertake HRIS market research and viability projects.
- Interest in expanding your knowledge of the full People & Culture Cycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to adapt to your different placement cycles with ease
- Human Resources or Business Management degree. Minimum (2:1) classification
