Now we’re looking for a Bar Manager ready to lead from the front and bring energy, elegance, and excellence to our bar operations.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our bar service, working across one of Scotland’s most iconic venues.

Your Mission

• Run the daily bar operation with clarity, control, and class
• Drive consistently outstanding guest experiences across every service
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing bar team
• Take responsibility for stock ordering, stock take, and cost control
• Set and maintain impeccable service standards and team culture
  
  

Who You Are

You’re an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for premium service, people, and performance. Calm under pressure, confident on the floor, and obsessed with quality.

You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a bar management or supervisory role
• Proven stock take and inventory management skills
• Strong mixology background – from cocktail classics to creative signatures
• Clear, confident leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
• Commercial awareness – understanding margins, waste, and sales drivers
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required
