Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established Law firm who are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to play a leading role in the continued growth of our Glasgow residential property practice.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers


• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders


• Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence

Skills and Education:

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3years+ PQE within this specific area.


• 
  Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions


• Proven relationship management and business development skills with a track record of securing and retaining clients


• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to supporting the growth of junior colleagues
