We are recruiting Senior Solutions Configuration Engineer with a specific Portals focus to manage the effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of client portals within Pinsent Masons.
As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in developing complex client solutions using HighQ and Microsoft technology and any technology platforms that may be utilised by the firm in the future.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Expert knowledge and experience in the use of HighQ and Microsoft technology (Sharepoint, PowerBI and the Power Platform).
- Experienced in creating and deploying technically complex client solutions and being a subject matter expert on these, including being able to provide comprehensive user training.
- Proven experience in managing varied and complex stakeholders, with the ability to challenge appropriately on best practice, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
- Experience of line management or coaching/mentoring junior team members
