Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a Civil Supervisor to join us at MGroup Telecoms Division. You’ll lead a team, making sure work is done safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Your role is to manage day-to-day site activities. You’ll check the work, solve problems, and keep the project moving. Health and safety will be a key part of what you do, ensuring everyone follows the right procedures.
You’ll work with different teams, making sure jobs are completed correctly. Good communication is important. You’ll speak with workers, clients, and managers, keeping everyone updated.
If you have experience in civils work and supervising teams, this could be for you. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
What you’ll bring?
As a Civil Supervisor, you'll coordinate and manage daily operations, prioritizing workstacks and collaborating with supervisors and suppliers to determine resource needs and schedule works. You'll coordinate access arrangements, support the delivery team, and assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and escalations. We seek candidates with telecom or utilities industry experience, prior administrative roles, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize workloads. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications are essential.
