  • You will be responsible for delivering high levels of performance and employee engagement across a multi- functional back office and Contact Centre team
  • We are looking for the ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Working closely with all key stakeholders

Experience for this role:

  • We are looking for inspiring and experienced managers in a contact centre
  • Ideally if you have worked in a back office function but we are also able to accept telephony environments
  • Proven results in coaching and development and driving performance
