The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting finance operations during a period of system transition.???????Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and integration of a new finance system
• Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets
• Support bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Familiarity with finance systems (experience with system transitions is advantageous)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
