Responsibilities
As an Associate Solicitor in our General Insurance team, you will engage in a wide range of activities, such as:
- Working to manage a caseload of Predominantly criminal defence cases, primarily RTA related.
- To assess with civil personal injury defence cases where necessary.
- Prioritising work effectively to maximise efficiency in working practices, adhering to court deadlines and directions, as well as the client's service level agreements.
- Build working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm’s direction and client needs.
- To provide support and act as the 'go to person' for more junior members in the team.
Desirable Criteria
- 1+ years PQE, preferable within criminal defence.
- Some experience in Civil defence work desirable but not essential
