A Day in the Life at Hazel

Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Serving breakfast or dinner in our relaxed, stylish restaurant environment.
• Serving and making hot/cold beverages from bar
• Preparing the restaurant for service, including setup, restocking, and closing duties.
• Taking orders accurately and confidently offering menu recommendations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
• Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts.
• Supporting with buffet service, barista coffee making, and drinks service as required.
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and guest satisfaction at all times.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is ideal – but not essential.
• A friendly, professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
• Willingness and availability to work early mornings (7AM starts) and/or evenings.
• Strong team spirit with the ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
• A passion for food, drink, and creating positive guest interactions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to meet business needs.
